Terms of Service

Effective date: 8 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the digital products offered at aiact.podlevskikh.com (the "Site"), operated by Vladimir Podlevskikh, a sole trader based in Yerevan, Armenia ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or downloading our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

We sell downloadable digital templates and training materials (the "Kit") intended to help organisations address the AI-literacy obligation in Article 4 of the EU AI Act. The Kit is sold in tiers and may include an editable AI-use policy, a staff training deck, role guides, an assessment quiz, certificate and record-keeping templates, and an AI inventory worksheet.

The Kit is educational material and editable templates only. It is not legal advice, does not create a lawyer–client relationship, and is not an official certification of compliance with the EU AI Act or any other law. You remain solely responsible for your own compliance and should seek qualified legal advice for your specific circumstances.

2. Licence

On payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, edit and brand the Kit for the internal compliance needs of a single organisation. Unless you have purchased a separate white-label or reseller licence in writing, you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or share the Kit or any substantial part of it with third parties.

3. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Kit remain with us. The licence above does not transfer ownership. Documents you create by filling in the templates for your own organisation are yours.

4. Payment

Prices are shown on the Site in euros and are one-time fees per purchase. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record, which collects and remits applicable taxes (including EU VAT) and issues your invoice. We do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically (download link and/or email) immediately after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. No warranties & limitation of liability

The Kit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that use of the Kit will result in compliance with any law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Kit shall not exceed the amount you paid for it, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Kit for any unlawful purpose and not to misrepresent the Kit as an official certification or as legal advice.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
