Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vladimir Podlevskikh, a sole trader based in Yerevan, Armenia ("we", "us", "our"), collects and uses personal data in connection with the website aiact.podlevskikh.com and our digital products. We are the data controller for the data described here. We respect the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data-protection law.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data and we do not use the site for automated decision-making or profiling.

2. Payment data

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. Your card details are entered on the provider's secure checkout and are processed by them, not stored by us. We receive only the order confirmation and the billing information needed to fulfil and account for your order.

3. Service providers we use

We share the minimum personal data necessary with providers that help us run the business, for example: our payment/checkout provider; an email/form delivery service for the free checklist and messages; and email hosting for correspondence. These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for payment purposes. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts when you view the site.

4. Cookies

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies are strictly necessary for the site or checkout to function.

5. International transfers

As we operate from Armenia and use international providers, your data may be processed outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep order and tax records for as long as required by law (typically several years). Marketing-email data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to assist you.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (e.g. by unsubscribing).
