Refund Policy

Effective date: 8 June 2026

This Refund Policy applies to the digital products sold at aiact.podlevskikh.com by Vladimir Podlevskikh, a sole trader based in Yerevan, Armenia. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Digital products & instant access

Our products are downloadable digital goods delivered immediately after purchase. Because you receive instant access to the full content, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content is, where applicable, waived at checkout once you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose that right. You will be asked to confirm this before payment.

2. Our satisfaction guarantee

Even though digital goods are normally non-refundable, we want you to buy with confidence. If the product does not work as described, you can email us within 14 days of purchase at vladimir@podlevskikh.com and we will help, and where appropriate provide a replacement or a refund.

3. When we provide a refund

The files are faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described and we cannot resolve the issue.
You were charged in error or charged twice (duplicate purchase).
You did not receive access to the product and we are unable to deliver it.

4. When we may decline a refund

Simple change of mind after you have downloaded or accessed the content, given its instant-access digital nature.
Requests made well outside the 14-day window.
Evidence that the product has been copied, redistributed or its licence otherwise breached.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

5. How to request a refund

Email vladimir@podlevskikh.com from the address used for the purchase, with your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
